Hi, I'm Oni.

Drawing on my extensive experience of multiple business sectors: Being a Jack of all Trades, so you can be Master of One. I passionately believe in helping to realise the full potential of everybody I work with, moving forward by providing insightful coaching to unlock ambitions… making dreams a practical reality.

My entire career has been hallmarked by a belief in the power of the wider community: working with young adults in particular, to motivate them and instil a sense of empowerment and resilience. I pride myself on being able to “think outside the box”: getting things done with an intuitive, practical understanding of what is possible in complex business environments.

I have challenged traditional gender barriers as a woman working within male dominated sectors I am proud to support other remarkable women, along with acting as a facilitative bridgehead with senior management. My passion is to help others discover theirs; hence I enjoy helping others within my capacity. I am motivated by driving innovation and inspiring focus to improve success.

I believe in working to build greater communities by encouraging self worth and empowerment leading to unity across all divides. My personal mission is to instil community values back, bringing transferable skills back into fashion empowering the youth and adults alike instilling success into others.
